Welcome to SINSIM Embroidery Machine Bangladesh, officially represented by Champion Family, the sole authorized agent of SINSIM in Bangladesh.
By accessing and purchasing from our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
2. Brand & Representation
Champion Family is the exclusive sole agent of SINSIM China, authorized to market, sell, and provide after-sales service of all official SINSIM Embroidery Machines in Bangladesh.
All our machines, parts, and accessories are sourced directly from SINSIM China, ensuring genuine quality and official warranty.
3. Product Specification & Customization
All machine specifications, features, and functions (including head count, speed, devices such as sequin, beads, chenille, laser cutting, etc.) are mentioned as per the manufacturer’s configuration.
Customers may request customized machine configurations (1–300 heads) according to their production requirements.
Champion Family and SINSIM Bangladesh reserve the right to make improvements or updates to any product specification without prior notice, in alignment with technological upgrades.
4. Pricing & Payment Terms
Machine prices vary depending on configuration, head count, and advanced features.
We offer flexible payment options:

U-Pass System
All quotations are valid for a limited period, and payments must be made according to the officially issued Proforma Invoice (PI). Any delay or change in payment schedule may affect delivery timelines.
5. Booking & Delivery
Once a customer confirms a booking and initial payment is made, our logistics and technical teams coordinate the machine’s import, installation, and testing process.
Estimated delivery time may vary depending on factory load, shipment schedules, and customs clearance.
Champion Family ensures every machine is delivered in brand-new condition, fully tested and verified.
6. Warranty & After-Sales Service
Every SINSIM Embroidery Machine purchased through Champion Family comes with:

24/7 Technical & Engineering Support from Bangladesh’s Largest Embroidery Engineering Team.
Warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, or natural calamities. All claims must be submitted through our official service channel.
7. Training & Installation
Our engineering team provides on-floor operator training during installation to ensure optimal use of all advanced functions.
Additional training sessions can be arranged upon request.
8. Genuine Parts & Maintenance
Champion Family ensures 100% genuine spare parts, sourced directly from SINSIM China, available at a minimal service cost.
We discourage the use of refurbished or copied parts that may affect the machine’s performance or void the warranty.
9. Returns & Refunds
All confirmed machine orders are non-refundable once production or shipment begins.
In case of technical discrepancies or manufacturing faults, the issue will be resolved under warranty through repair or part replacement.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, text, images, videos, and materials on this website—including the SINSIM and Champion Family logos—are protected by copyright.
Unauthorized use or duplication is strictly prohibited.
11. Limitation of Liability
Champion Family shall not be held responsible for any loss, downtime, or indirect damage arising from machine misuse, improper installation by third parties, or non-compliance with maintenance guidelines.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
Any disputes shall be resolved through mutual discussion, and if necessary, under the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka.
